Jessica Dervishi

Founder

Hi, I’m Jessica Dervishi, founder of One Ethix.

I don’t do limits, and neither does One Ethix. I’ve always been driven to break boundaries, in life, in data, in business, and in culture.
‍
My journey began in data governance, where I led major transformation projects and then the world of 'Digital Ethics' called me in. But I quickly saw the limits: ethics was treated as compliance and a blocker to innovation.

I set out to change that.

Today, I lead One Ethix, a modern consultancy that makes ethics an advantage, not an obstacle. We break boundaries by making digital ethics expertise more accessible to all businesses, and more understandable, practical, and less academic. We turn principles into practice, bringing trust into the spaces where it matters most - from boardrooms to AI labs, from classrooms to creative industries.

I’ve been recognised as a TechWomen100 winner, spoken in many rooms on the subject. But that isn’t the point… the point is that with One Ethix, ethics becomes your advantage, not your obstacle.
