Hi, I’m Jessica Dervishi, founder of One Ethix.

I don’t do limits and neither does One Ethix. I built this movement to help our partners make better decisions about technology.

My background spans data governance, digital ethics, transformation, and responsible innovation. I have seen how quickly technology moves, and how often governance, accountability, and human judgement are left trying to catch up.

One Ethix exists to close that gap.

We help organisations move from good intentions to practical action through clear governance, responsible decision making, stronger capability, and evidence led delivery.
